Class description:

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a sequence of postures (asanas) that flow from one to the other seamlessly, by using the synchronization of breath and movement, with an emphasis on correct postural alignment and anatomically sound practice. By linking each movement with an inhalation or an exhalation, internal body heat is created and this helps with toxins removal, purification of the body and the release of mental stress. Classes are fun, challenging and encourage self-discovery. The daily practice helps to integrate the mind, body and spirit
